Rage Against the Machine

I was watching Rage videos and felt inspired to make something in honor of there greatness. Rage posters are always super political and really striking so thats what I was going for with is. The truth is I know nothing about the images I used what there from historically politically which is sad but why lie. I found the original images of the tanks that I love made that my base. I painted over it like dripping blood (which I use way to and need to change up but the visuals it is always so nice) when i put a color burn on the blood it magically turned into the yellow/red overlay that gave me the idea for the rest. the yellow made it look like sunlight so I went with it. Added some orange and the sun which is actually a bullet hole. The rest of the texture in the sun is from a photo I found of a mass grave it subtle but its there and adds another texture and further content to the piece.
